Terms & Conditions

16 Oct 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bramhkamal.com and all related pages, tools and channels (the "Website"), operated by BramhKamal, with its registered office at Jaipur ("BramhKamal", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website, booking a consultation or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to (Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Introduction, Acceptance and Eligibility

1.1 Who these Terms apply to. Everyone who uses the Website, including visitors, customers, and anyone who submits content.

1.2 Invitation to offer. Products and services shown on the Website are an invitation to make an offer. Your order is your offer to us, subject to these Terms. We may accept or reject it in whole or in part. Acceptance happens when we deliver the report, confirm the booked service, or dispatch the product. If an order is dispatched in parts, only the dispatched part is accepted; the balance remains an offer that we may accept or reject. Nothing we do before dispatch or delivery counts as acceptance. If you gave us an email address, we will email you to confirm receipt of the order and, later, its dispatch.

1.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A person under 18 may use the Services only through a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms and makes the purchase. If you access the Website from outside India, you are responsible for following your local laws.

1.4 New features. Any new service, product or tool we add is also governed by these Terms, and may be added without prior notice. You may choose not to use it.

1.5 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

2. Our Services

2.1 What we offer. BramhKamal provides Vedic astrology content, personalised reports (such as kundli and related reports), consultations (call, video, chat or in person), puja and ritual services, and puja kits and related products (together, the "Services"). Some Services are free ("Free Services"); others require you to share information and pay ("Paid Services"). Extra terms shown at the time of booking apply to that Service and prevail over these Terms for it.

2.2 Consultations. You must book a slot, join on time and give accurate birth details. Late arrival, no-shows and rescheduling are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Sessions may be recorded only with consent from both sides. We may change the astrologer assigned to a session for operational reasons.

2.3 Reports. Reports are prepared from the birth date, time and place you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Reports are delivered digitally to the email or phone number you gave, and revisions are available only as stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2.4 Puja and ritual services. A puja is performed on your behalf using the name, gotra and sankalp details you provide. Timing may vary with muhurat and priest availability. We do not guarantee any outcome from a puja.

2.5 Physical products. Puja kits, gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and similar products are natural or handmade items. Colour, texture, size, origin and packaging may differ from the images on the Website. Gemstones and rudraksha carry no lab certificate unless the product page says so.

2.6 Third-party platforms. Some products and services are hosted on third-party e-commerce or booking platforms. Please also read the terms of those platforms.

2.7 Right to limit. We may limit the sale of any product or Service to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue any product or Service at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited.

3. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation by BramhKamal

3.1 Right to refuse or cancel. We may refuse or cancel any order, fully or partly, at our sole discretion. Reasons include limited stock or quantity, a pricing or listing error, incomplete or doubtful information, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud, or any other issue our team identifies.

3.2 Additional information. We may ask for more information before accepting an order. We will notify you if an order is cancelled fully or partly, or if more information is needed. We ask for details only through our official channels. We never ask for your OTP, card PIN, CVV or passwords.

3.3 Order limits. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order. This includes orders placed under the same account, card, billing address or shipping address. We may also refuse orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers or distributors.

3.4 If we cancel. We will try to notify you by the email, phone number or address given at the time of order. Any amount you paid for a cancelled order will be refunded as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3.5 Your information. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly (email address, phone number, card details and expiry dates) so that we can complete transactions and reach you. Read the product or service description carefully before ordering. By ordering, you accept the conditions of sale in that description.

4. Pricing, Payments and Banking Information

4.1 Prices. Prices may change without notice. You pay the price listed on the day of purchase. We may modify or discontinue any Service or part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for a price change, modification, suspension or discontinuance.

4.2 Orders in India. Payment is accepted in INR only.

4.3 International cards on Indian orders. The amount is converted to INR before payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply under your card issuer's policy. We may ask for a copy of a government-issued photo ID from your country of residence.

4.4 International orders. Payments are accepted through our payment gateway partners Razorpay by bank account or international credit or debit card. Payment is accepted in INR at the exchange rate on the day of the order. Prices for international orders include shipping, handling and taxes as shown at checkout. Import duties or customs charges levied by the destination country are your responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

4.5 High-value orders. For orders above INR 2,00,000 (two lakh), you must send us a copy of your PAN card.

4.6 Accuracy of payment details. You must give correct and accurate debit or credit card or bank details. You must not use a card or account that you do not lawfully own or are not authorised to use.

4.7 Funds and authorisation. You confirm that the card or bank account you use has enough funds or credit to cover the payment and all applicable fees. By giving your payment details and starting a transaction, you authorise us and our payment partners to process it under these Terms.

4.8 Failed or duplicate payments. If money is debited but your order or booking is not confirmed, write to us within 7 days with the transaction reference. Refunds to your original payment method follow the timelines of your bank and the payment gateway.

4.9 Fraud and chargebacks. We may recover the value of goods or services, collection charges, damages and legal costs from anyone who uses the Website fraudulently or raises a dishonest chargeback.

5. Delivery, Shipping, Returns and Refunds

5.1 Delivery in India. We ship to PIN codes served by our courier partners. Check your PIN code at checkout. If no courier serves your area, we apologise and ask you to contact customer support at [email protected].

5.2 International delivery. We ship to many countries, but some locations may be unavailable because of country restrictions or logistics. If we cannot deliver to your address, we may cancel or modify the order, tell you promptly, and refund the affected order in full. You must make sure your address is in a supported region.

5.3 Digital delivery. Reports, consultation links and other digital items are sent to the email address or phone number you give, within the time stated at purchase. Please check your spam folder and give us correct contact details.

5.4 Dates and tracking. The order confirmation shows a tentative delivery date. The exact date is shared when the order is ready to dispatch. If a delivery date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, it moves by one day. You can track an order through customer support.

5.5 Delays. Delivery times are estimates. Shipment issues, customs delays, weather and other events outside our control may change them. We will tell you as soon as possible about a delay, but we do not guarantee a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5.6 Damaged or wrong items. Check your parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged, tampered with or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video so we can resolve it.

5.7 Returns and refunds. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless that policy or the law says otherwise, digital reports already delivered, consultations already held, pujas already performed, and personalised or custom items are not returnable or refundable.

5.8 Support. For product, service, delivery or shipment concerns, our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly. We cannot be held liable for third-party delays or issues beyond our control.

6. Nature of Astrological Services and Disclaimer

6.1 Interpretive guidance. Astrology is interpretive. Our reports, consultations, predictions, remedies and content rest on traditional Vedic principles and are offered as guidance and for self-reflection. Outcomes vary from person to person.

6.2 No guarantee of results. BramhKamal does not guarantee any result, including results in career, marriage, health, finance, legal matters, travel or relationships. Nothing on the Website promises a specific outcome, and nothing is a claim of supernatural power.

6.3 Not professional advice. Our content does not replace professional advice in medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated fields. Consult a qualified professional before acting on matters in those fields. Never delay or stop medical treatment because of anything you read or hear from us. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6.4 Technology-assisted content. Content may be prepared with calculation software and AI-assisted drafting tools, reviewed by our astrologers.

6.5 Remedies. Remedies such as pujas, mantras, gemstones, rudraksha and yantras are faith-based and voluntary. You use or wear them at your own discretion and risk. We do not offer black magic, harm-causing rituals, or guaranteed "solutions", and we will not provide them if asked.

6.6 Your own decisions. You decide how to use what we tell you. Do not treat it as the sole basis for any important decision. Read all service and product details, and seek professional guidance where relevant.

6.7 Free tools and general content. Free calculators, daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes, panchang and similar content are general and not personalised to you.

6.8 Dissatisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product or service, write to us first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue (see Section 14).

7. Accuracy of Information, Errors and Omissions

7.1 "As is" content. The Website, its materials, products and services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where we state otherwise in writing. The material is for general information and should not be your only basis for decisions. You rely on it at your own risk.

7.2 Historical and dated information. The Website may contain historical or dated information, including transit, panchang and muhurat data. It is for reference only. We may change content at any time and have no duty to update it. You are responsible for checking for changes.

7.3 Calculation methods. Astrological calculations depend on the birth or location details you give, time zone, and the method used (for example, the ayanamsa Lahiri, unless stated). Different schools and practitioners may reach different results, and none of them is an error on our part.

7.4 Images and colours. We try to show colours, sizes and images accurately, but what you see depends on your screen. Packaging may differ from the Website.

7.5 Errors and omissions. The Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, prices, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct these and update information, or cancel orders affected by them, at any time without notice, including after you have placed an order. If we cancel, we will refund what you paid.

7.6 No duty to update. We are not required to update or clarify information on the Website, except as the law requires. An update date shown on a page does not mean all information on the Website has been refreshed.

7.7 No warranty of completeness. We do not represent that the Website or its services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Site Security, Prohibited Uses and Hate Content

8.1 Data in transit. Content you send us (other than card details) may travel unencrypted over various networks and may be changed to suit the technical needs of those networks or devices. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway partners over encrypted connections.

8.2 No resale or exploitation. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services, their use, or access to them, without our written permission.

8.3 Security violations. You must not violate or try to violate the security of the Website. This includes:

  • accessing or forging data not meant for you, or logging into a server or account you are not authorised to use
  • probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of a system or network, or breaching security or authentication measures, without authorisation
  • interfering with service to any user, host or network, including by sending a virus, malware, spyware or ransomware, or by overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing or crashing
  • sending unsolicited or false emails, including promotions or advertising

8.4 Prohibited uses. You must not use the Website or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose, or to ask others to join unlawful acts
  • to break any international, central, state or local law, rule or regulation
  • to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
  • to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, caste or disability
  • to submit false or misleading information, or to impersonate another person
  • to upload or send viruses or other malicious code
  • to collect or track personal information of others
  • to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape, or to use our content to train AI or machine-learning systems
  • for any obscene or immoral purpose
  • to bypass or interfere with the security features of the Website or any other site or network

8.5 Conduct in consultations. Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards our astrologers or staff is not tolerated. We may end the session at once without refund, and may block your access.

8.6 Hate speech and content. We do not allow content or speech that promotes violence or incites hatred against any person or group based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status or any other characteristic linked to discrimination or marginalisation. Examples include content that calls a group inhuman, inferior or worthy of hatred; hateful slurs, stereotypes or theories that a group is malicious, corrupt, evil or a threat; content urging others to hate or discriminate against a group; and content promoting hate symbols or the behaviour of hate groups.

8.7 Consequences. We may end your use of the Website without notice for any prohibited use. A terminated user may not return without our written consent. We may take legal action for fraud or other unlawful acts, and recover our costs and losses.

9. Third-Party Tools, Links and Platforms

9.1 Optional tools. We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty or endorsement. Use them at your own risk and read the terms of the provider before you do.

9.2 Third-party materials and links. Some content, products or services on the Website may come from third parties, and links may lead to websites we are not affiliated with. We do not review them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies or practices.

9.3 Third-party transactions. We are not liable for harm or damage from buying or using goods, services or content from a third party, or from any transaction with a third-party website. Direct complaints and questions about third-party products to that third party.

9.4 Service providers. Payment gateways, courier partners, e-commerce platforms, and messaging and video-call providers (for example WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet) work under their own terms. Their outages or acts are outside our control.

9.5 New services. New tools or features we add later are also subject to these Terms.

10. User Submissions, Personal Information and Marketing

10.1 Your submissions. If you send comments, reviews, testimonials, ideas, suggestions or other material ("comments"), by any channel and whether or not we asked, you agree that we may edit, copy, reformat, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium. We are under no duty to keep comments confidential, pay for them, or reply to them. We will not publish your birth details or consultation content without your consent.

10.2 Moderation. We may, but need not, monitor, edit or remove comments that we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violate anyone's intellectual property or these Terms.

10.3 Your promises about comments. You confirm that your comments do not violate any third party's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights), do not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any virus or malware, and do not disparage BramhKamal. You will not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or others about the source of a comment. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy. We assume no liability for comments posted by you or any third party.

10.4 Personal information. Your personal information, including birth details and consultation details, is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We treat consultation content as confidential and share it only as the Privacy Policy allows or the law requires.

10.5 Marketing. With your consent, we may use your contact details to send updates, offers and service messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp or call. You may opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to support. Opting out does not stop transactional messages about your order or booking.

10.6 Keep credentials safe. Never share your OTP, card PIN, CVV or passwords with anyone claiming to represent us.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright Notices

11.1 Ownership. BramhKamal and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Website and its content: text, reports, report formats, calculations and algorithms, software, images, photographs, videos, audio, illustrations, designs, icons, downloads, and the BramhKamal name, logo and marks ("Content"). Access to the Website gives you no right to use any Content, name, logo or mark. No right, title or interest passes to you by downloading, printing or copying.

11.2 Limited licence. We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable and non-transferable licence to view Content on your own device for personal, non-commercial use connected to the Services. A personalised report is for you alone; you may not sell, publish or distribute it.

11.3 What you may not do. You may not:

  • copy (by printing, saving, downloading or otherwise), distribute, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with any Content, in whole or in part
  • copy Content to another server, or reuse our text or graphics on another system
  • reproduce any part of the Website, or sell or distribute it for commercial gain, or include it in any other work, publication or website, in print or electronic form
  • remove any copyright, trademark or other notice from Content
  • link other material to the Website without our written consent
  • use Content for commercial purposes, or for anything other than what these Terms allow
  • copy or use the login credentials of other users
  • use data mining, robots or similar tools to extract any part of the Website, or build your own database from it

11.4 Infringement notices. If you believe your copyrighted work appears on the Website without permission, send a written notice to our designated officer (see 11.7) with: a description of the work; where on the Website the material appears (URL); your name, address, email and phone number; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your signature. If you misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. We suggest you consult a lawyer first.

11.5 Repeat infringers. We may end access and withdraw privileges of anyone we determine to be a repeat infringer, including anyone who is the subject of more than one infringement notice.

11.6 No indemnity; rights reserved. We do not indemnify any alleged infringer. This section does not waive any other right we have under any law in force.

11.7 Grievance and legal officer. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

12. Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

12.1 No warranty of operation. We do not warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results from using them will be accurate or reliable.

12.2 Changes and removal. We may suspend or remove a Service for any period, or cancel it, at any time. If we cancel a Paid Service that you paid for and we did not deliver, we will refund you for it.

12.3 Use at your risk. To the extent the law permits, you use the Services at your own risk. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

12.4 Limitation of liability. To the extent the law permits, BramhKamal and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, astrologers, priests, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss or claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind. This includes lost profits, revenue or savings, loss of data and replacement costs, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any product bought through them, or from any error or omission in content, even if we were told of the possibility. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such exclusion, our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.

12.5 Liability cap. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service or order that gave rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.

12.6 What is not limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12.7 Your decisions. We are not responsible for decisions you make, or actions you take or avoid, based on astrological guidance, content or remedies.

12.8 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BramhKamal and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination, Force Majeure and General Provisions

13.1 Termination by you. These Terms stay in effect until ended by you or us. You may end them at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use the Services, or by ceasing to use the Website.

13.2 Termination by us. If we believe, in our judgment, that you have breached or may have breached these Terms, we may end this agreement and deny you access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. If we end the agreement without a breach by you, we will refund any paid Service we did not deliver.

13.3 Survival. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it for all purposes, as do the sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution.

13.4 Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform, or for resulting loss, where the cause is beyond our control. Examples are an act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, strike, lock-out, government restriction or order, pandemic, import or export or exchange-control rules, accident, transport delay or unavailability, telecom, internet, platform or payment-gateway outage, and the sudden illness or emergency of the astrologer or priest assigned to you. In such cases we will reschedule your Service or refund it.

13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it applies to the fullest extent the law permits, and the rest of the Terms remain valid and enforceable.

13.6 No waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

13.7 Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies and rules posted on the Website are the whole agreement between you and us on their subject and replace all earlier agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, including earlier versions of these Terms. No ambiguity is to be read against the party that drafted them.

13.8 Assignment. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor to our business. You may not assign your rights or duties without our written consent.

13.9 Electronic communication. You agree that we may send notices and records to you electronically, to the email address or phone number you gave us.

13.10 Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.

14. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Changes and Contact

14.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14.2 Support first. If you have a concern about a Service, product, delivery, billing or anything else, write to us at [email protected] with your order or booking details. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 15 days.

14.3 Negotiation and arbitration. If the matter is not resolved, the parties will first try to settle it by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Jaipur, Rajasthan, the language will be English, and the award will be final and binding.

14.4 Courts. Subject to Section 14.3, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

14.5 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under law that cannot be waived. As a consumer, you may approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline.

14.6 Changes to these Terms. We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the update on the Website. Changes take effect on posting. For material changes we will also notify you by email or a notice on the Website. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept them. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

14.7 Contact. Questions about these Terms: [email protected], 8000947441, Jaipur.
